Hi, hello, and welcome to my online portfolio. My name's Molly Namiotka and I'm an Ad Operations Tech Manager at Industry Dive with a passion for learning new technology. Since this is technically an "about me" section, I've written a short description about...well, me.

The best way to describe me is to describe the way I think. I'd compare my mind to an ice machine someone forgot to turn off. It doesn't know when to stop making ice and will overflow to the point of flooding. In my case, those ice cubes are ideas. There's always a new invention or business idea getting me excited. Now I'll admit, not every idea ends up on Amazon's recommended choice list, but some have true potential. So I asked myself, "what do I do with all these extra ice cubes?" The only logical solution: a career in creative problem solving. Day after day I get the opportunity to improve my company's Ad Operations Department by troubleshooting problems with clever solutions. On great days, I get to listen to people's pain points, brainstorm potential fixes, collaborate with stakeholders, and utilize the power of technology. It's the perfect ice tray for my abundance of ice cubes.
